Elaine C. Bruner is an educator and a psychotherapist. She is the co-author
of The Reading Mastery Program published by the McGraw-Hill Companies,
which was developed at the University of Illinois and which continues to
instruct many thousands of children in America and in other English
speaking countries throughout the world. She is also the co-author of
Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons published by Simon &
Schuster. For over 20 years she has been a practicing psychotherapist,
specializing in cognitive-behavior therapy with individuals, couples, and
families.In this presentation, Ms. Bruner will discuss "Problems and
Challenges in American Family and Education."
